A new housing scheme has been announced by CIDCO (City And Industrial Development Corporation Limited) for the allotment of 380 flats in Kharghar and Ulwe. Applications and registration for these flats has been started from 17 October 2016. Applications for flats in the scheme are being offered through offline mode of registrations from 17 October 2016 to 2 December 2016 while the sale of applications will be closed on 30 November 2016.

CIDCO new housing scheme 2016 offering flats in four different housing projects at Sector-36, 16 and 17 in Kharghar and Sector-19A Ulwe. These projects are named as Valleyship, Vastuvihar, Celebration and Unnati.

Applications form can be purchased from the authorised bank branches by paying the cost of it and dully completely filled applications form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount.

UPAVP New Housing Scheme 2016 for 300 Flats in Lucknow

UPAVP New Housing Scheme 2016 for 300 Flats in Lucknow: UPAVP has offering 300 flats for sale in three housing scheme named as Sartyu Enclave, Gomti Enclave and Kailash Enclave under Samajwadi Awas Yojana. Each housing scheme comprises of 100 units for sale. All the three projects are located in Lucknow.

Gomti Encalve and Saryu Encalve scheme is located in Awadh Vihar Yojana, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow and Kailash Enclave scheme is located in Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow.

KDA Kanpur Samajwadi Awas Yojana for 3800 Flats: Kanpur Development Authority has launched new housing scheme for the allotment of 3800 flats in three different housing schemes including Shatabadi Nagar, Jawaharpuram Sector-13 and Jawaharpuram Sector-6.

Registrations for the scheme has been started from 18 August 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 9 September 2016. Applications for the allotment of housing units under the scheme are being offered through offline mode of registration and applications form for the same can be purchased from Axis Bank branches by paying the cost of application form.

GDA Gorakhpur Lohia Enclave Phase-II Awas Yojana 2016

Gorakhpur Development Authority launched new housing scheme for the allotment of 404 flats in GDA Lohia Enclave Housing Scheme 2016. These flats are being offered by the authority under affordable housing scheme of the GDA named as Samajwadi Awas Yojana.

The registration for the scheme has been started from 24 June 2016 and the last date of applications for flats in GDA Lohia Enclave Awas Yojana is 25 July 2016. Lucknow Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 2,702 flats in 15 different housing schemes. These schemes are located at the multiple location of Lucknow offering different types of housing units.

Applications for the allotment of flat under these schemes are being offered through offline mode of registration from 6 May 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 July 2016. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme till the last date via purchasing the application form from the authorized bank branches.

UIT Bhilwara Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana for EWS and LIG UIT Bhilwara launched a housing scheme dedicated to ews and lig category of the society and the scheme is named as Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana. It is a new housing scheme launched by state government of Rajasthan for providing housing units to economical weaker section and lower income group of the society.

UPAVP Kamadgiri Enclave New Housing Scheme 2016 at Sec-19, Lucknow

UP Awas Vikas Parishad rolled out its new housing scheme for the allotment of 448 flats in Sector-19 Vriandavan Yojana Lucknow under Kamadgiri Encalve new housing scheme 2016. UPAVP Kamadgiri Encalve new housing scheme is launched under Vrindavan Yojana Lucknow.

The registration for flat in the scheme has not yet started by the authority and the applications for the same will roll out from 11 April 2016 to 31 May 2016. The super area of a single unit is around 84.05 square meter along with the build-up area of 71.76 square meter. The housing unit under the scheme is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 33.50 lakh for which the registration amount is Rs. 1.70 lakh.

CHB New Flat Scheme 2016 at Sector-51A for 200 Flats

CHB New Flat Scheme 2016 at Sector-51A: Chandigarh Housing Board has launched CHB new housing scheme for the allotment of 200 flats at Sector-51A. The registration of flats has been started from today 1 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 30 April 2016.

Under the scheme, total 200 flats are available for allotment and these flats are available under self financing scheme. The scheme is divided into two sub scheme, under Sub-Scheme-A, 150 flats are available for general public and in Sub-Scheme-B 50 units are available under Assured Allotment Scheme.

Interested applicants can obtained the brochure for the scheme from authorized bank branches by paying the cost of brochure.
