KDA Highway City Yojna Under New Housing Scheme 2015-16:

Kanpur Development Authority has launched new residential plot scheme for all segment of the society. The scheme is named as KDA Highway City Yojna. The scheme is launched for the allotment of 255 residential plots available in the scheme. The applications for the allotment of residential plots under KDA Highway City Yojna are being offered through offline mode of registration and the registration for the scheme has been started from 21 December 2015 and the last date of application submission is 7 January 2016.

Under the scheme the authority has offering 255 residential plots which are available in three different blocks, Type-A, Type-B and Type-C. The majority of units under KDA Highway City Yojna are available in Type-B. The estimated area of flat available in Type-A is about 240 square meter and the estimated area of Type-B and Type-C flat is about 200 square meter nad 150 square meter respectively.

New Residential Plot Scheme 2015 by Patiala Development Authority at PDA Enclave, Dhuri District Sangrur

New Residential Plot Scheme 2015 by PDA: Patiala Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 157 Residential Plots at PDA Enclave, Dhuri, District Sangrur. This is a new residential plot scheme 2016. The applications for the scheme has been started from 7 December 2015 and the last date of applications submission is 6 January 2016.

Under the scheme the authority has offering seven type of plots sizes for registrations in PDA Plot Scheme 2016 and applications for the allotment of plots are being offered through offline mode of registration. Application forms can be purchased from the designated bank branches by paying Rs. 100/- as a cost of application form.

HUDA Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16 at Sector-77 & 78 for Reserved Category

HUDA Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16: Haryana Urban Development Authority has launched Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16 again for the allotment of 299 plots which are available only for reserved category of the society.

Earlier the scheme was launched for general public for the allotment of plots. After completing the registration of general category applicants, HUDA invites applications from reserved category for the allotment of plots in HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015.

The applications are being offered through online mode which can be done by using the official website of HUDA between 21 December 2015 to 20 January 2016.

Of total, 41 units available in Sector-77 while remaining 258 units are located in Secotr-78 and these plots are only available for reserved category of the society.

The registration for new residential plot scheme 2015 will starts from 21 December 2015 and from that day the complete details will be available on the official website of HUDA.

UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015 Under Vrindavan Yojna-4 at Lucknow

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has come up again with a new housing scheme. This time UPAVP has launched a flat scheme under UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna-4 at sector-18 Lucknow and the scheme is named as UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015. Under the scheme authority has offering 608 flats in Stilt+8 type building.

The registration for the scheme will starts from 16 November 2015 and the last date of registration is 31 December 2015. The authority has offering both online and offline registration for booking a flat in UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015.

Under the scheme, two type 2BHK and 3BHK of flats are available for registration. Of which majority of flats are 2BHK having a super area of 74.84 square meter while the 3BHK is available in the super area of 86.97 square meter. The Estimated cost of 2BHK and 3BHK units is about Rs. 33.40 and Rs. 38.80 lakh respectively.

HUDA Faridabad Freehold Residential Plot Scheme 2015 at Sector-77 & 78

Haryana Urban Development Authority has again come up with its new residential plot scheme. This time the HUDA has launched its freehold residential plot scheme in Faridabad at sector-77 and 78. Under the scheme the authority has offering 654 residential plots for general category of the society.

Under the scheme, total 6 types of plots are being offered by the authority at both locations. The details of plots are mentioned below:

Asra & Sapna Enclave Scheme 2015 in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad at Sector-4, 5

Asra & Sapna Enclave Scheme 2015 in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad: UPAVP has launched in 3rd housing scheme in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad at sector-4, 5. The scheme is very close to Delhi-Saharanpur Road, Ghaziabad. Under the scheme, UPAVP has offering 1235 flats for different categories including EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG. These housing units are available in four different building and these building are named as Asra Type-I (A-I), Asra Type-II (A-II), Sapna Type-I (A-I), Sapna Type-I (S-II).

UPAVP New Flat Scheme 2015 at Sector-7 Under Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad

After inviting application for the allotment of flats in Gulmohar Enclave Mandola Vihar Yojna, Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for another flats scheme in sector-7 Ghaziabad. Under the scheme total 1856 flats are being offered by the UPAVP which are available in deluxe multi-story building.

The housing units are available in stilt+16 and stilt+14 type building which comprises of 2BHK, 2BHK+study and 3BHK flats. Out of total, 952 units are 2BHK while 572 units are 2BHK+stydy and 332 are 3BHK type.

KDA Heights & KDA Greens New Housing Scheme 2015 by Kanpur Development Authority

Kanpur Development Authority has launched two new housing projects under KDA New Housing Scheme 2015. The name of the projects are KDA Heights and KDA Greens. Under the scheme only 3BHK flats are available for registrations. Registration for the scheme has been started from 26 August 2015 and the last date of application submission is 15 September 2015

Under the scheme total total 240 flat are being offered by the authority for registration of which, 168 are available in KDA Greens while the remaining 72 units are available in KDA Heights.<.p>

The cost of 3BHK available in KDA Greens is about Rs. 40.22 lakh with the estimated area of 111.05 square meter and the cost of flat available in KDA Heights is about Rs. 39.70 lakh with the estimated area of 109.62 square meter.

Kanpur Development Authority has come up with new housing scheme under Samajwadi Awas Yojna 2015. It is a new housing scheme launched for different segments of the society. Total 163 flats are available for registrations under Samajwadi Awas Yojna 2015 and these housing units are available in two different housing projects,KDA Heights and KDA Greens.

Registration for the scheme has been rolled out from 26 August 2015 and the last date of application submission is 26 September 2015. Under the scheme only 2BHK flats are available in KDA Greens located at Mainawati Marg and in KDA Heights located at Kalyanpuri Bidur Marg.

The estimated cost 2BHK is about Rs. 27.96 lakh with the area of 75.93 square meter and the registration amount for flat is about Rs. 2,75,000/-.

305 Cities & Towns Identitifed Under Housing for All by 2022 Scheme

Central Government of India has identified the cities in which housing units under Housing for All Scheme would be implemented. The government has identified total 305 towns and cities in nine states of India in which the construction of these houses will be done under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna 2015.

The number of cities and towns in these cities are as followed:

OSHB Pathani Samanta Housing Scheme 2015 with EWS, LIG and HIG Flats

Orissa State Housing Board has launched a new housing scheme with 47 flats for different segment of the society. The scheme is launched under Self Financing Scheme and it named as Pathani Samanta Housing Scheme. It is a new housing scheme of OSHB of the year 2015. The authority has offering these flats by offline mode of registration.

Under the scheme three types of flats are being offered EWS Flats, LIG Simplex and HIG Simplex for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group of the society respectively.

It is composite housing project of Orissa State Housing Board. The application for the scheme has been rolled out from 17 August 2015 and interested applicants can do their registration by offline mode till 16 August 2015.

The provisional sale price of EWS flats is about Rs. 4,26,000/- while LIG Simplex and HIG Simplex flat is available at Rs. 7,60,000/- and Rs. 18,90,000/- respectively. Of 47 flats, total 35 units are available for Economical Weaker Section of the society.

Lucknow Development Authority has launched new housing scheme for the allotment of 413 flats in three different housing projects.

Three Housing Schemes of Lucknow Development Authority:

Saryu Apartments Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme 2015: Under this scheme total 112 flats are available for registrations and flats area located in Sector 1 Gomti Nagar. Registration of the scheme has been started from today 17 August 2015 and last date of registration is 15 September 2015.

GDA Madhuban Bapudham Yojna 2015 with 1320 Flats

Ghaziabad Development Authority has come up again with new housing scheme 2015. The authority has launched new housing scheme named as Madhuban Bapudham Scheme and invites applications for the allotments of 1320 flats from general public. On the occasion of 69th Independence Day, Jaipur Development Authority has launched a new Plot Scheme 2015. Under the scheme total 5266 plots are available for registration for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group Category.

Registration for the scheme has been started from today 15 August 2015 and these flats are offered through online mode of registrations which can be done by E-Mitra KIOSK and last date of registration is 15 September 2015.

Plots under the scheme are available in 6 different projects named as

1. Surya Nagar Block A 2. Rohini Enclave 3. Abhinav Vihar Vistar 4. Uday Vihar 5. Dev Vihar 6. Gagan Vihar

HUDA Freehold Residential Plot Scheme 2015 in Dadri & Safidon

Good news has been announced by Haryana Urban Development Authority. HUDA has announced a launch of its new residential plot scheme of the year 2015. It is first new residential plot scheme of the year 2015. The scheme will launched in Dadri and Safidon and the freehold plots will be available in Sector-7 Safidon and Sector-8 & 9 Dadri.

Under the scheme multiple freehold will be offered by the authority HUDA Residential Plot Scheme 2015. Registration for the scheme has not yet started, will be available from 14 August 2015. And these plots will be offered through online mode of registration which would be done by using official website of Haryana Urban Development Authority.

Earlier schemes in Palwal, Faridabad, Karnal, Fatehabad and Ambala were launched in 2014. Registration for the scheme will be offered from 14 August 2015 till 15 September 2015 through online mode of registration.

Sulabh Awas Yojna 2015 in Shatabdi Nagar Phase-4 by Kanpur Development Authority

KDA (Kanpur Development Authority) invites applicants for the allotments of 2268 flats in Sulabh Awas Yojna in Shatabadi Nagar Phase-4. Under the scheme three types of apartments are constructed named as Sulabh Awas Type-1, Sulabh Awas Type-2 and Sulabh Awas Type-3 in which 2BHK and 3BHK flats are available for allotment.

Out of total flats 183 units are constructed in Type-1 and 1030 & 1055 flats are constructed in Type-2 & Type-2 apartments. The type-1 apartment consist 3 bedrooms, kitchen and two toilets while Type-2 & Type-3 apartments are constructed with 2BHK units including 2 bedrooms, kitchen and toilet.

Yamuna Expressway Plot Scheme 2015 in Sector-22D RPS-02/2015

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new residential plot scheme in sector-22D. Under the scheme total 900 residential plots are available for allotment through online and offline mode of registrations. Out of total units 203 units are reserved for different segments and remaining 697 are available for general public.

Under the scheme total two sizes of plots are available 120 square meter and 162 square meter; out of total 600 units are of 120 square meter size and remaining 300 are of size 162 square meter.

Registration for the scheme has been started from today 3rd august 2015 and till the last date applicants can register for the allotment of flats in YEIDA Sector-22D Plot Scheme. The last date of registration is 2 September 2015.

Check Draw Result of GDA Sanjaypuri Awas Yojna EWS Scheme in Modinagar

Ghaziabad Development Authority had declared the draw date for GDA Sanjaypuri Awas Yojna EWS Scheme in Modinagar. The Draw was scheduled to hold on tomorrow 31 July 2015. And Now the authority is ready to hold the draw of GDA EWS Scheme Code 845 in Modinagar.

The authority will hold the draw of lots for the allotment of 288 multi-storey flat of Economical Weaker Section of the society. The applications for the scheme was collected in the registration period from 1st June to 30 June 2015 and now the time has come for the allotment of those flats.

The authority invites all the applicants to watch the live draw. The draw result will begin in the morning after 10:00 AM.

Ajmer Development Authority New Plot Scheme 2015 Under Panchsheel Nagar Yojna

Ajmer Development Authority has launched a new residential plot scheme in Panchsheel Nagar Block-E. The scheme is launched by ADA Ajmer under its Panchsheel Nagar Yojna in which the authority has offering total 238 residential plots. These flats are being offered through the online mode of registration which can be done by using the official website of Ajmer Development Authority.

In the new residential plot scheme of ADA total four sizes of plots are available for registration; (50 Square Yard, 111.11 Square Yard, 138.88 Square Yard & 200 Square Yard). These units are being offered to Economical Weaker Section and Medium Income Group of the society.

Registration for the scheme has been started from 22 July 2015 till 31 August 2015.

Tamil Nadu Housing Board New Housing Project in Sholinganallur

An opportunity to buy a flat in Chennai has been launched by Tamil Nadu Housing Board. The authority has invites applications for the allotment of flats in Sholinganallur Phase-II Scheme, in Channai. Siddharth Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad 2015 by UPAVP

Siddharth Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad: Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad is again invited application for the registration of flats in its new housing scheme named as Siddharth Vihar Yojna. The scheme is launched in Ghaziabad. Under the scheme the authority has offering 589 flats for all segments of the society.

It is the second scheme of UPAVP which is launched in Ghaziabad after the launch of Mandola Vihar Yojna. The registration for the scheme will be started on 27 July 2015 and interested applicants can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration till 27 August.

Under the scheme, the flats are constructed in 20 storey building in which the authority has offering 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK flats. Apart from these flats, 13 pent houses are also being offered by the authority under the Siddharth Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad.

West Bengal Housing Board has launched a new scheme for the residents of West Bengal under which the authority invites applications for the allotment of flats/houses for sale in various projects of WBHB at different locations. Under these projects total 91 flats are available for registrations.

JDA Will Soon Come Up With 3800 Plots in Zone 11, 12 & 14

Good news for the residents of Jaipur, Jaipur Development Authority is all set to launch three residential plot schemes in multiple locations of Jaipur. The authority will soon come up with 3800 residential plots Zone 11, 12 & 14 under new residential plot scheme 2015.

Though JDA has not announced the date of launch for the scheme. According to the source, the authority will soon announce the date of launch.

Out of 3800 plots, 151 plots will be available in Pipliya zone 11 which are available in 162 square meter and 200 square meter sizes. Apart from these units 3200 plots will located in zone 14 and remaining 449 plots in zone 12.

Maharashtra Government will Construct 5 lakh Affordable Houses in Mumbai

The Maharashtra government may lie up with big construction companies including L&T, Godrej, Shapoorji, Pallonji & Shirke Construction. In the upcoming years, the Maharashtra government will construct about 5 lakh houses in Mumbai. These companies have represented their presentation to construct affordable houses in Mumbai.

The step to construct large number of houses will initiate the dream of India’s Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, who has started a mission to provide houses for all by 2022. The official of Maharashtra said that we are committed to construct 11 lakh houses in Maharashtra out of which 5 lakh will be constructed in Mumbai.

UPAVP Gulmohar Enclave Mandola Vihar Yojna Flat Scheme 2015

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for the allotment of 3680 flats in its new Samajwadi Awas Yojna in Gulmohar Enclave Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad. Out of total 2464 flats are 2BHK type and remaining 1216 flat are 1BHK type which are available for registration.

The applications are invited through online mode of registration and registration of flats will be started on 20 July 2015 and last date of registration is 20 August 2015.

1BHK flats are available in the super area of 34.04 square meter while the super area of 2BHK flat is 56.11 square meter. The estimated cost of 1BHK flat is Rs. 11 lakh while 2BHK come is the price of Rs. 18.10 lakh.

PUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2015 in Rajpura Colony, Patiala

Punjab Urban Development Authority invites application for the allotment of residential plots in Rajpura Colony in Patiala. Under the scheme total 172 residential plots are available for registration of general public. Registration of plots can be done by online mode of registration by using the official website of PUDA from 10 July 2015 to 10 August 2015.

Under the scheme, total 172 residential plots are available at the rate of Rs. 26,312/- per square meters or Rs. 22,000/- per square yard. Out of total 172 units, 90 plots are 500 square yard size.

YEIDA to Launch New Residential Plot Scheme 2015 in Sector-22D

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has completed its plan to launch a new residential plot scheme in Sector-22D. Total 800 affordable residential plots will be offered in the YEIDA New Scheme 2015. Under the scheme, two size 120 and 162 square meters plots would be on offer and these plots will be available at the cost of Rs. 17.10 lakh for 120 square meter plots and 23 lakh for 162 square meter.
Along with residential plot scheme in Sector-22D, YEIDA will also launch an industrial plot Scheme in sector-29 with 320 units. The size of plot will measure 300, 600, 1,000 and 1,800 square meters. Registration for both YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme & Industrial Plot Scheme will be started in the end of July 2015.

Housing for All by 2022 - An Ambitious Mega Housing Scheme of Indian Government

Housing for all by 2022 or Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna is an ambitious affordable housings scheme of Indian Government which aims to provide 2 Crore affordable housing units by 2022.
The scheme which was first named after Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel but later renamed to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna has been approved by the cabinet and is all set to be launched on 25th June 2015. The mega housing scheme of NDA government aims to provide affordable housing to the homeless especially women including widows, Scheduled Casts (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Transgender Society and the people belonging to the Economically Weaker Section of the society.

"Housing for All by 2022" scheme is aimed for urban areas with following components/options to States/Union Territories and cities

A) Participation of private residential developers for slum rehabilitation of slum dwellers using land as a resource.
B) Promoting the affordable housing among economically weaker section through credit linked subsidy.
C) Development of affordable housing units in partnership with Public & Private sectors.
D) Subsidy for beneficiary-led individual house construction or enhancement.

Under the slum rehabilitation scheme for slum dwellers, the central government will provide a grant of Rs 1 Lakh for the slum rehabilitation project undertaken for development by the States.

Under the credit linked policy, EWS/LIG home buyers will be provided an interest subsidy of 6.5 percent on home loans availed up to a tenure of 15 years. The government will also provide an assistance of Rs. 1.5 Lakh to the beneficiary led housing construction or enhancement for EWS category.

The homes constructed under the Housing for all scheme will be allotted to the female head of the household or in joint name of the male head of the household and his wife as a mandatory clause.
The housing for all by 2022 scheme will cover the entire urban area consisting of 4041 statutory towns. However, initially, the scheme will be implement in phased manner consisting of three different phases for 500 class 1 cities as follows.
  • Phase-I (April 2015 - March 2017) to cover 100 Cities.
  • Phase - II (April 2017 - March 2019) to cover additional 200 Cities.
  • Phase-III (April 2019 - March 2022) to cover all other remaining Cities.
The cities will be selected by the States/UTs as per their willingness or based on the demand survey assessment for housing units.

The housing for all mission also incorporates a technology sub-mission to focus on aspects such as innovative design, affordability, sustainability, building material quality, green buildings, use of natural resources, earthquake and natural disaster resistant buildings and more.

Under the mission, technical and financial assistance will be provided to the States/UTs for executing the affordable housing projects. However, the States/UTs will have complete flexibility in deciding the formulation, approval and implementation process of affordable housing projects in accordance with the mission guidelines.
