KDA (Kanpur Development Authority) invites applicants for the allotments of 2268 flats in Sulabh Awas Yojna in Shatabadi Nagar Phase-4. Under the scheme three types of apartments are constructed named as Sulabh Awas Type-1, Sulabh Awas Type-2 and Sulabh Awas Type-3 in which 2BHK and 3BHK flats are available for allotment.
Out of total flats 183 units are constructed in Type-1 and 1030 & 1055 flats are constructed in Type-2 & Type-2 apartments. The type-1 apartment consist 3 bedrooms, kitchen and two toilets while Type-2 & Type-3 apartments are constructed with 2BHK units including 2 bedrooms, kitchen and toilet.
Registration for the scheme has been started from last month 20 July 2015 and the last date of application submission is 20 August 2015. Application forms are available in the following bank branches and it is also available on the official website of Kanpur Development Authority.
