Ghaziabad Development Authority has come up again with new housing scheme 2015. The authority has launched new housing scheme named as Madhuban Bapudham Scheme and invites applications for the allotments of 1320 flats from general public. These flats are available under Madhuban Bapudham Awasiya Yojna 2015.
Registration of the scheme will be started from 30 August 2015 and the last date of application submission is 30 September 2015. Under the scheme 6 types of flats are available for registration of which 792 are 2BHK type while remaining 528 are 3BHK type.
Scheme Features: • No hidden cost such as PLC, and no necessary membership for swimming pool and club. • RCC frame structure with earthquake resistance structure. • Fire proof system with every flat. • Covered car parking space. • RRTS station proposed nearby.
