UP Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for the allotment of 384 flats in UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana-2 under new housing scheme 2016. Under the scheme, UPAVP has offering 2BHK and 3BHK flats for all segment of the society. The registration for the scheme is not yet started and will start from 6 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 May 2016.

Of total, 192 flats are 2BHK type and 192 flats are 3BHK type. The super area of 2BHK units is ranging from 120 square meter to 130 square meter and 3BHK unit is available in the super area ranging from 160 to 180 square meter.

The application for the allotment of flats are being offered through offline and online mode of registration and applications form for the same can be purchased from the authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 500/- as application cost.

The registration for the allotment of flats will starts from 6 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 May 2016.

LDA New Housing Scheme 2016 in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments

Lucknow Development Authority has offering 171 flats in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments under new housing scheme 2016. The authority has published a notification on the official website of LDA for inviting application from the interested applicants. These flats are available in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments which are located at multiple locations.

Under the scheme, the authority has offering 78 flats in Purwa Apartments located at Sector-H Kanpur Road Yojana, 51 flats in Falguni Apartments located at Sector-P, Mansarovar, Kanpur Road & 42 Aardra Apartments near Ramabai Place, Radhakhand (Sharda Nagar).

The registration for the allotment of flat will start from 21 March 2016 and the last date of application submission is 20 April 2016. In the registration period, interested applicant can purchase the application form from the authorized bank branches by paying the cost of application form. it can also be downloaded from the official website of lda Lucknow.

UIT Kota Mohanlal Sukhadia Awas Yojna Under Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana:Urban Improvement Trust of Kota invites applications for the allotment of 692 flats for Economical Weaker Section and Lower Income Group of the society. It is a new housing scheme of UIT Kota. The registrations for the allotment of flats under the scheme has been started from 29 February 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 March 2016.

Under the scheme total 692 flats are being offered by the authority of which 532 flats are available for EWS category and remaining 160 flats are available for LIG category. The super build-up area of EWS and LIG flat is around 327 square feet and 505 square feet which are available at the estimated cost of Rs. 3.95 lakh and Rs. 6.10 lakh respectively.

The UIT Kota has offering these flats through online and offline mode of registration. For offline registration interested applicants can purchase the application form from Axis Bank branches by paying the cost of application form. After filling the application in all respect it should be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount and required documents. KDA to Launch Jawaharpuram Yojana New Housing Scheme 2016 for 689

A newspaper has published a new related to the new housing scheme of Kanpur Development Authority. According to the source, the Kanpur Development Authority will soon launch KDA Jawaharpuram Yojana for the allotment of 689 residential plots in Sector-8 and 10. The KDA residential plot scheme 2016 will be started in the month of April.

Under the scheme three types of plot size will be available for allotment for different segment of the society. The size of plot are 200 square meter. 112 square meter and 60 square meter.

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for the allotment of flats in Majhola Yojana. Under the scheme housing units are available for all segments of the society including Economical Weaker section and Lower Income Group, medium income group and higher income group of the society.

Total 797 flats are available for allotment under the Majhola Yojana of which 736 flats are available in Sector-9A and remaining 91 flats are located in Sector-7A.

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched new housing scheme 2016 under Lohramau Bhumi Vikas & Grahsthan Yojana for the allotment flats in Sultanpur. Under the scheme housing units are available for Economical Weaker section and Lower Income Group of the society.

The size of EWS flat under the scheme is around 31.55 square meter with build-up area of 28.20 square meter and the LIG units is available in the super area and build-up area of LIG flat is 49.83 square meter and 44.38 square meter. The estimated cost of EWS and LIG units is Rs. 9.65 lakh & Rs. 18.20 lakh respectively.

The annual income of EWS applicants should not be more than 1 lakh and the annual income of LIG applicants should be less than 2 lakh.

Jaipur Development Authority has launched new residential plot and flats scheme 2015 for the allotment of 3107 residential plots and flats for different segment of the society. The registration for the scheme has been started from 10 March 2016 and the last date of application submission is 30 April 2015.

Under the scheme the housing units are available for Economical weaker section, lower income group and medium income group of the society.

• Monthly income of MIG applicants should be in between 15,001 to 30,000 per month.
