LDA Luckonw New Housing Schemes 2016 for 2702 Flats

Lucknow Development Authority has launched 15 new housing scheme for the allotment of 2702 flats located in multiple locations.The registration for the allotment of flat has been started from 6 May 2016 and till 31 June applicants can apply for flats in these schemes.

Applications for the allotment of flats in these schemes are being offered in three phases of registration period.

• First Phase: Scheme Opens: 06 May 2016 | Scheme Closes: 31 May 2016 

• Second Phase: Scheme Opens: 06 June 2016 | Scheme Closes: 30 June 2016 

• Third Phase: Scheme Opens: 06 July 2016 | Scheme Closes: 31 July 2016 

Applicants can apply for the scheme through online and offline mode of registration within the registration period. For registration, application forms are available in the bank branches of HDFC bank located in Lucknow at the cost of Rs. 500/-.

LDA New Housing Scheme 2016 in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments

Lucknow Development Authority has offering 171 flats in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments under new housing scheme 2016. The authority has published a notification on the official website of LDA for inviting application from the interested applicants. These flats are available in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments which are located at multiple locations.

Under the scheme, the authority has offering 78 flats in Purwa Apartments located at Sector-H Kanpur Road Yojana, 51 flats in Falguni Apartments located at Sector-P, Mansarovar, Kanpur Road & 42 Aardra Apartments near Ramabai Place, Radhakhand (Sharda Nagar).

The registration for the allotment of flat will start from 21 March 2016 and the last date of application submission is 20 April 2016. In the registration period, interested applicant can purchase the application form from the authorized bank branches by paying the cost of application form. it can also be downloaded from the official website of lda Lucknow.
