UPAVP New Housing Scheme 2016 for 300 Flats in Lucknow: UPAVP has offering 300 flats for sale in three housing scheme named as Sartyu Enclave, Gomti Enclave and Kailash Enclave under Samajwadi Awas Yojana. Each housing scheme comprises of 100 units for sale. All the three projects are located in Lucknow.

Gomti Encalve and Saryu Encalve scheme is located in Awadh Vihar Yojana, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow and Kailash Enclave scheme is located in Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow.

Registration for flat in UPAVP New Flat Scheme 2016 will starts from 15 September 2016 and the last date of application submission is 14 October 2016.

Application for the same will be available through both online and offline mode of registration within the registration period.

UPAVP Kamadgiri Enclave New Housing Scheme 2016 at Sec-19, Lucknow

UP Awas Vikas Parishad rolled out its new housing scheme for the allotment of 448 flats in Sector-19 Vriandavan Yojana Lucknow under Kamadgiri Encalve new housing scheme 2016. UPAVP Kamadgiri Encalve new housing scheme is launched under Vrindavan Yojana Lucknow.

The registration for flat in the scheme has not yet started by the authority and the applications for the same will roll out from 11 April 2016 to 31 May 2016. The super area of a single unit is around 84.05 square meter along with the build-up area of 71.76 square meter. The housing unit under the scheme is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 33.50 lakh for which the registration amount is Rs. 1.70 lakh.

UPAVP Vrindavban Yojana New Flat Scheme 2016 at Sector-3 Lucknow

UP Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for the allotment of 384 flats in UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana-2 under new housing scheme 2016. Under the scheme, UPAVP has offering 2BHK and 3BHK flats for all segment of the society. The registration for the scheme is not yet started and will start from 6 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 May 2016.

Of total, 192 flats are 2BHK type and 192 flats are 3BHK type. The super area of 2BHK units is ranging from 120 square meter to 130 square meter and 3BHK unit is available in the super area ranging from 160 to 180 square meter.

The application for the allotment of flats are being offered through offline and online mode of registration and applications form for the same can be purchased from the authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 500/- as application cost.

The registration for the allotment of flats will starts from 6 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 May 2016.

UPAVP New Housing Scheme 2016 Under Majhola Yojana in Moradabad

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for the allotment of flats in Majhola Yojana. Under the scheme housing units are available for all segments of the society including Economical Weaker section and Lower Income Group, medium income group and higher income group of the society.

Total 797 flats are available for allotment under the Majhola Yojana of which 736 flats are available in Sector-9A and remaining 91 flats are located in Sector-7A.

In Sector-9A, 1BHK and 2BHK flats are available for allotment having a super area of 34.07 square meter and 56.11 square meter respectively under Self Financing Scheme.

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched new housing scheme 2016 under Lohramau Bhumi Vikas & Grahsthan Yojana for the allotment flats in Sultanpur. Under the scheme housing units are available for Economical Weaker section and Lower Income Group of the society.

The size of EWS flat under the scheme is around 31.55 square meter with build-up area of 28.20 square meter and the LIG units is available in the super area and build-up area of LIG flat is 49.83 square meter and 44.38 square meter. The estimated cost of EWS and LIG units is Rs. 9.65 lakh & Rs. 18.20 lakh respectively.

Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through offline mode of registration by purchasing the application for from authorized bank branches.

The annual income of EWS applicants should not be more than 1 lakh and the annual income of LIG applicants should be less than 2 lakh.
