JDA New Residential Plot & Flat Scheme 2016 for 774 Housing Units

Jaipur Development Authority again invites applications from EWS, LIG and MIG-A for the allotment of residential plot and flats in JDA new housing schemes under Niji Khatedar and Affordable Housing Policy 2016.

Under the scheme, the authority has offering around 774 residential plot and flats located at four different locations of Jaipur including, Zone-9, 11, 12A and 14. Of total, 587 units are flats which are available for EWS, LIG and MIG and remaining 187 units are residential plots which are offered to EWS and LIG category.

The registration process has been started from 16 July 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 17 August 2017. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through online mode of registration by using the official website of JDA Jaipur or through E-Mitra of JDA.

JDA Jaipur New Residential Plot & Flat Scheme 2016 at 12 Zones

Jaipur Development Authority has launched new residential plot and flats scheme 2015 for the allotment of 3107 residential plots and flats for different segment of the society. The registration for the scheme has been started from 10 March 2016 and the last date of application submission is 30 April 2015.

Under the scheme the housing units are available for Economical weaker section, lower income group and medium income group of the society.

Applications for the allotment of flats and plots in JDA New Scheme 2016 are being offered by the authority through online mode of registration which can be done by using official website of JDA Jaipur.

Eligibility Criteria for EWS/LIG?MIG Applicants:

• Monthly income of EWS applicants should not be more than 10,000 per month.
• Monthly income of LIG applicants should be in between 10,001 to 15,000 per month.
• Monthly income of MIG applicants should be in between 15,001 to 30,000 per month.
