PUDA Residential Freehold Plot Scheme 2016 in Kapurthala

Punjab Urban Development Authority has launched new freehold residential plot scheme 2016 for the allotment of 94 housing units under PUDA new housing scheme 2016. Registration for these freehold residential plot has been started from 24 August 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 16 September 2016. The scheme comprises of three size of plots including 150 square yard, 200 square yard and 250 square yard which are located at two different locations of Kapurthala at old Jail Site & site near Army Contonment, Kapurthala.

Applications for the allotment of freehold residential plots are being offered through online and offline mode of registration within the registration period. The online registration can be done by using the official website of PUDA and for offline registration application form can be purchased from the authorized bank branches mentioned in the brochure.

PUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2016 at Jagraon for 138 Plots

Punjab Urban Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 138 residential plots in its new residential plot scheme 2016 at PUDA Enclave Sugar Mill, Jagraon. Under the scheme, total six types of residential plots are available for allotment for all segments of the society.

Applications are being offered through offline mode of registration from 20 February 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 23 March 2016. The plots under the scheme are available in the size range of 150 square yard to 500 square yard for which the rate is Rs. 8,500/- per square yard. The tentative cost of a plot is starts from Rs. 12,75,000/- which goes upto Rs. 42,50,000/- and the registration amount for a single unit is 10% of tentative cost.

PUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2015 in Rajpura Colony, Patiala

Punjab Urban Development Authority invites application for the allotment of residential plots in Rajpura Colony in Patiala. Under the scheme total 172 residential plots are available for registration of general public. Registration of plots can be done by online mode of registration by using the official website of PUDA from 10 July 2015 to 10 August 2015.

Under the scheme, total 172 residential plots are available at the rate of Rs. 26,312/- per square meters or Rs. 22,000/- per square yard. Out of total 172 units, 90 plots are 500 square yard size.
