Gorakhpur Development Authority launched new housing scheme for the allotment of 404 flats in GDA Lohia Enclave Housing Scheme 2016. These flats are being offered by the authority under affordable housing scheme of the GDA named as Samajwadi Awas Yojana.
The registration for the scheme has been started from 24 June 2016 and the last date of applications for flats in GDA Lohia Enclave Awas Yojana is 25 July 2016. Applications for the allotment of flats in the scheme are being offered through offline mode of registration which can be done within the registration period.
The scheme comprises of both 1BHK and 2BHK flats of which majority of 304 flats are 1BHK and remaining 64 units are 2BHK types.
