MHADA Lottery 2016 in Mumbai for 972 Flats: Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has announced its ambitious housing scheme 2016 for Mumbai Region. In MHADA Mumbai lottery 2016, the authority has offering 972 flats for economical weaker section (EWS), lower income group (LIG), medium income group (MIG) and higher income group (HIG).

The registration for the scheme will starts from 24 June 2016 and the last date of online registration is 25 July 2016. The interested applicants will able to do online application and registration for the scheme within the registration period by using the online portal of MHADA.

Under the MHDA Mumbai Lottery 2016, total 972 flats will be available for allotment of which 416 flats will available for LIG, 228 flats for MIG, 190 flats for EWS and 135 flats will available for HIG category. And these flats will be available in the price range of Rs. 8 lakh to Rs. 80 lakh.

KDA Jawaharpuram Plot Scheme 2016 Applicants List

Kanpur Development Authority has announced the list of applicants for KDA Jawaharpuram plot scheme 2016 at Sector-8 and 12. The list of applicants is available on the official website of Kanpur Development Authority.

The registration for the allotment of these residential plots were started on 2 May till 16 May 2016 and the authority got great response and collect a bunch of applications forms for these plots.

Under the scheme, total 464 residential plots were available in three different sizes including 200 square meter, 112.50 square meter and 60 square meter.

BDA Bhopal New Housing Scheme 2016 Under Atal Ashraya Yojana at Navibagh, Gharonda

Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 315 housing units for economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. These flats are being offered under BDA Bhopal Navibagh Gharonda Affordable Yojana under Atal Ashraya Yojana.

The registration for the scheme has been started from today 30 May 2016 and the last date of application submission is 30 June 2016. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration within registration period.

Under the scheme, the authority has offering 1BHK and 2BHK flats in the sizes of 350.45 square feet and 550.37 square feet respectively and the estimated cost for 2BHK unit is Rs. 12,38,000/- and for 1BHK the estimated cost is Rs. 5,55,000/-.

LDA Luckonw New Housing Schemes 2016 for 2702 Flats

Lucknow Development Authority has launched 15 new housing scheme for the allotment of 2702 flats located in multiple locations.The registration for the allotment of flat has been started from 6 May 2016 and till 31 June applicants can apply for flats in these schemes.

Applications for the allotment of flats in these schemes are being offered in three phases of registration period.

• First Phase: Scheme Opens: 06 May 2016 | Scheme Closes: 31 May 2016 

• Second Phase: Scheme Opens: 06 June 2016 | Scheme Closes: 30 June 2016 

• Third Phase: Scheme Opens: 06 July 2016 | Scheme Closes: 31 July 2016

Lucknow Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 2,702 flats in 15 different housing schemes. These schemes are located at the multiple location of Lucknow offering different types of housing units.

Applications for the allotment of flat under these schemes are being offered through offline mode of registration from 6 May 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 July 2016. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme till the last date via purchasing the application form from the authorized bank branches.

Essel Group has announced draw result of Asha 2022 Affordable housing Scheme at Panchkula. The scheme was launched by Essel Group for the allotment of affordable housing units under Housing for All Mission of state government.

UIT Bhilwara Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana for EWS and LIG UIT Bhilwara launched a housing scheme dedicated to ews and lig category of the society and the scheme is named as Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana. It is a new housing scheme launched by state government of Rajasthan for providing housing units to economical weaker section and lower income group of the society.

The registrations for the scheme are opened and interested applicants can purchase the application form for the scheme from the authorized bank branches by paying the cost of application form.
