LDA Lucknow New Housing Schemes 2016 for 2,702 Flats

Lucknow Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 2,702 flats in 15 different housing schemes. These schemes are located at the multiple location of Lucknow offering different types of housing units.

Applications for the allotment of flat under these schemes are being offered through offline mode of registration from 6 May 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 July 2016. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme till the last date via purchasing the application form from the authorized bank branches.

Under these schemes around 2702 flats are available for different segments of the society, including, economical weaker section, lower income group and higher income group of the society.

Online applications for the scheme can filled by using the official website of LDA and for offline registration applicants have to buy application form from the authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 500/-. Dully filled application form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount.

Essel Group has announced draw result of Asha 2022 Affordable housing Scheme at Panchkula. The scheme was launched by Essel Group for the allotment of affordable housing units under Housing for All Mission of state government.

Yesterday, the group has announced a draw result of Ahsa 2022. For the scheme, the developers got a big response from the applicants and number of people have applied for the scheme.

The registrations for the scheme were started on 12 February and the applications were closed on 31 March 2016 and this registration period a big bunch or application received by Essel group.

UIT Bhilwara Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana for EWS and LIG

UIT Bhilwara Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana for EWS and LIG UIT Bhilwara launched a housing scheme dedicated to ews and lig category of the society and the scheme is named as Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana. It is a new housing scheme launched by state government of Rajasthan for providing housing units to economical weaker section and lower income group of the society.

The registrations for the scheme are opened and interested applicants can purchase the application form for the scheme from the authorized bank branches by paying the cost of application form. Applications for the scheme can be filled through both online and offline mode of registration. The online registration facility is available on the official website of UIT Bhilwara.

The last date of sale of application form is 8 June 2016 while the application form for the scheme can be submitted on or before 15 June 2016.

10 Lakh Houses to be Constructed by Haryana Government Across the State

The government of Haryana plans to construct 10 Lakh Houses across the State and big stack of houses will also be constructed under Pradhan Mantri Awas yojana. The announcement was made in a meeting chaired by CM Manohar Lal Khattar. In the meeting he also announced to increase the carpet area of houses for economical weaker section under various scheme from 30 square meter to 50 square meter.

BDA Bhopal Freehold Plot Scheme 2016: Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 221 freehold residential plots in BDA new residential plot scheme at Lakshmi Narayan Sharma Aero City Phase-I.

The registration for the scheme has been started from today 15 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 16 may 2016.

Under the scheme, the authority has offering a plots sizes of 600 square feet which are available at the estimated cost of Rs. 10,62,200.

UPAVP Kamadgiri Enclave New Housing Scheme 2016 at Sec-19, Lucknow

UP Awas Vikas Parishad rolled out its new housing scheme for the allotment of 448 flats in Sector-19 Vriandavan Yojana Lucknow under Kamadgiri Encalve new housing scheme 2016. UPAVP Kamadgiri Encalve new housing scheme is launched under Vrindavan Yojana Lucknow.

The registration for flat in the scheme has not yet started by the authority and the applications for the same will roll out from 11 April 2016 to 31 May 2016. The super area of a single unit is around 84.05 square meter along with the build-up area of 71.76 square meter. The housing unit under the scheme is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 33.50 lakh for which the registration amount is Rs. 1.70 lakh.

CHB New Flat Scheme 2016 at Sector-51A for 200 Flats

CHB New Flat Scheme 2016 at Sector-51A: Chandigarh Housing Board has launched CHB new housing scheme for the allotment of 200 flats at Sector-51A. The registration of flats has been started from today 1 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 30 April 2016.

Under the scheme, total 200 flats are available for allotment and these flats are available under self financing scheme. The scheme is divided into two sub scheme, under Sub-Scheme-A, 150 flats are available for general public and in Sub-Scheme-B 50 units are available under Assured Allotment Scheme.

Interested applicants can obtained the brochure for the scheme from authorized bank branches by paying the cost of brochure.

The size of offered flats in the scheme is around 1073 square feet which cost around Rs. 69 lakh. These housing units are available in four storey building.
