MHADA Lottery 2017 in Mumbai has been announced by the MHADA official and officially it will be launched on 31 May 2017. According to the news, MHADA Housing lottery 2017 will be launched with 650 Flats in Mumbai location.

Online process for registration and application form for MHADA lottery 2017 will be started from the 1 June 2017 and the advertisement for inviting application from the public would be released on 31 may 2017.

In this years scheme, a single units is not being offered for economical weaker section and flats will only be available for lower income group and middle income group of the society.

Number of flats in the scheme is quite less compared to the last years lottery in which total 972 flats were in the queue of sale.

Asha 2022 Affordable Housing Scheme at Sector-14 Panchkula by Essel Group

Asha 2022: It is an affordable housing project located in Panchkul launched by Essel Group. The Asha 2022 is an initiative of private developer Essel Group towards housing for all by 2022. Asha 2022 affordable housing scheme is comprised of 800 housing units. Under the scheme the developer has offering two type of housing units including 2BHK and 3BHK flats.
The project is located at the prime location of Panchkula at Sector 14, Panchkula Extension-II, NH-73.

The super area of 2BHK housing units available for allotment under the scheme is around 1060 square feet while the super of 3 BHK flat is 1345 square feet. The developer has offering these housing units at affordable price.
